Masks must be worn in the exhibition halls. Only FFP2 masks and medical surgical masks are allowed. These must be brought by yourself.

However, the following exceptions apply:

  • To persons for whom wearing a medical mask is not possible for medical reasons or cannot be reasonably required (doctor’s certificate required). In such cases a large coronavirus protection visor (chin visor not sufficient) must be worn.

  • Where alternative protection for others of at least an equal standard is assured

The provisions that currently apply are set out in Point 1 of the Messe Friedrichshafen’s Protection and Hygiene Concept.

HYGIENE

Disinfectant dispensers are recommended at each stand. Surfaces must be cleaned after each customer visit. You are furthermore requested to dispense with the customary greeting rituals, and to observe sneezing and coughing etiquette. You will find an adequate number of disinfectant dispensers throughout the exhibition center, most notably at the entrances, hall intersections and the WC areas. There will be shorter disinfection and cleaning intervals with regard to frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, and surfaces in sanitary areas.

MINIMUM SOCIAL DISTANCING

All exhibitors and visitors are requested to observe minimum social distancing of 1.5 meters. Where necessary, please facilitate this measure with floor markings.

STAND PARTIES / RECEPTIONS

are currently not allowed, as the minimum distance cannot be controlled. If there are any changes we will get in touch.

NO CORONA TESTING POSSIBILITIES ON SITE

Exhibitors are requested to get tested before they come to the exhibition grounds. There will be no corona testing possibilities for exhibitors.
