Your fair participation

• Registration can be made via our online registration portal
• Registration deadline is Juli 1, 2026. However, registration after the deadline is still possible, but subject to ongoing planning.
• You will receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail.

Deadline for co-exhibitors: October 8, 2026

• The co-exhibitor is the participant that presents their offer using their staff on the stand of a main exhibitor. This definition includes the group‘s subsidiaries and affiliates of the main exhibitor
• Co-exhibitors can only be registered in the online registration portal by the main exhibitor.
• Co-exhibitors can still register after the registration deadline on Juli 1, 2026.

• Hall planning starts at the beginning of August 2026.
• Stand proposals will be sent by e-mail between August and September.
• You must confirm the stand proposal by e-mail so that the stand is firmly booked. Once confirmed, your registration is binding.

• Once your stand proposal has been confirmed, you will receive the admission documents by e-mail (from September 2026).
• Contents of admission: final stand plan, login data for the Online Service Center for processing media entries and orders for technical services, admission invoice.

Media entry

• Deadline for editing your media entries in the Online Service Center: October 8, 2026
• Changes to media entries made after this date will only be published online.

Deadline for technical services: October 01, 2026

• Deadline for technical services (e.g. electrical connection, floor covering, parking passes) in the Online Service Center: October 01, 2026
• Late orders may be subject to late payment penalties.
• Invoices are issued directly by the responsible service partners.

To the Online Service Center

• The amount of exhibitor passes that are included in the participation fee is based on the booth size and is shown on the invoice.
• The free exhibitor passes will be made available for download in the Online Service Center after payment of the stand invoice.
• Additional exhibitor passes can be ordered via the Online Service Center.
• The exhibitor passes must be personalized before the start of the trade fair.

To the Online Service Center

• The final index of exhibitors and hall plan will be published online from mid October 2026.

Set-up: 

• Wednesday, November 11, 2026: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Thursday, November 12, 2026: from 7:00 a.m. continuously

Advanced stand set-up must be approved by the project management and can be applied for via the OSC (subject to charge)

Dismantling:

• November 13, 2026: from 5:00 p.m. (access for vehicles once permission is given)
• November 14, 2026: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• November 15, 2026: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Early dismantling is not permitted. Before the start of the dismantling period, the exhibitor is not permitted to remove exhibits from the stand and/or
to start dismantling the stand. In case of disregard, MFN reserves the right to claim damages (please note the MFN General Conditions of Participation).
