Head of Department: trainers, courses and camps

We are looking for you! Qualified support in our top bouldering hall team as a course instructor (m/f/d).

What we expect:

• Structured, reliable, and meticulous way of working

• Strong team spirit and flexibility

• Confident use of the German language and strong communication skills

• Initiative, motivation, and good time management

• Confident use of MS Office

• Experience in experiential education (desirable)

• Instructor/trainer C license (desirable)

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the daily coordination of courses, training sessions, etc.

• Communicating with customers and the team

• Working independently on projects such as employee recruitment and quality management

• Managing course materials

• Practical assignments with different teaching content
