Around Christmas, busy days at the gym, three public holidays and plenty of vacation requests all come together. Then the questions start: Who gets paid for the public holidays? How much vacation entitlement is still available? How many hours should flexible employees be credited for each vacation day?
Dr. Plano takes care of almost everything for you. For salaried employees, the app automatically takes public holidays into account. For flexible employees, it calculates vacation days and hours based on average working patterns.
Your employees submit their vacation requests directly in the app. Dr. Plano automatically calculates the relevant vacation days, checks the remaining vacation entitlement and flags conflicts with shifts that have already been accepted.
All that is left for you to do is review the request, approve it with a few clicks – done.
