Test results on the usability / useful life of diseased or dead trees

Predicting the stability of dead trees used as supporting structures in high ropes courses is currently difficult and often a matter of ‘gut feeling’. We are in the process of developing a method with clear criteria and are presenting the results of our research on load tests as a diagnostic tool for discussion.
