The Joint German Occupational Safety and Health Strategy (GDA) was adopted in 2007. Since then, at the very latest, employers have been obliged to ensure the safety of their employees.
This presentation takes a subjective look at the ups and downs of implementing this obligation. It outlines the legal framework, highlights both negative and positive examples, and suggests some ideas for making the world of work safer overall.
